January 1, 2010 – 1 hr aquafit, laps, and WMM2 before bed
January 2, 2010 – 45 mins elliptical and circuit training
January 3, 2010 – 30 mins walk outside with MR and BF and WMM2 before bed
January 4, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 5, 2010 – 45 mins elliptical and circuit training and WMM2 before bed
January 6, 2010 – 25 mins Yoga for Runners video
January 7, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 8, 2010 – 1 hr workout: 2.2 miles on the treadmill, strength training (arms), WMM2, and lots of stretching
January 9, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 10, 2010 – 1 hr walk/hike with MR and BF by the winterized beach
January 11, 2010 – 45 mins workout: 2.25 miles on the treadmill, WMM2, and lots of stretching
January 12, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 13, 2010 – 1 hr Power Yoga, WMM2 before bed
January 14, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 15, 2010 – 45 mins yoga, 45 mins walk with MR, WMM2
January 16, 2010 - 40 mins yoga
January 17, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 18, 2010 – 2.5 miles run, stretching, abs, and WMM2
January 19, 2010 – Giant Set for LEGS, 3 circuits
January 20, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 21, 2010 – 45 mins walk outside
January 22, 2010 – 1 K swim
January 23, 2010 – 1 hr walk outside on a frozen lake and on a gorgeous sunny day!!
January 24, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 25, 2010 – 30 mins glutes and arms, WMM2
January 26, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 27, 2010 – 3K walk outside with MR
January 28, 2010 – 15 mins yoga
January 29, 2010 – 1.2 K swim
January 30, 2010 – REST DAY!
January 31, 2010 – WMM2 (was super lazy!)
February 1, 2010 – 2.1 mile run on the treadmill, arms, abs, stretching
February 2, 2010 – REST DAY!
February 3, 2010 – 1 hr yoga, 45 mins walk outside with MR and BF
February 4, 2010 – REST DAY!
February 5, 2010 – 30 mins Shred, Level 1 + abs
February 6, 2010 – walk outside with MR and BF
February 7, 2010 – 45 mins hike down to winterized bluffs/beach + 1 hr yoga
February 8, 2010 – REST DAY!
February 9, 2010

February 28, 2010 – REST DAY!
March 1, 2010 – REST DAY!
March 2, 2010 – abs, yoga stretching – 20 mins
Match 3, 2010 – 1 hr circuit training + boxing
March 4, 2010 – REST DAY!
March 5, 2010 – 1.5 K walk with MR outside
March 6, 2010 – 1.2 K swim
March 7, 2010 – 1 hr heated Ashtanga + 2.5 K rollerblade outside with MR & BF
March 8, 2010 – REST DAY!
